Korean Boxercise is suitable for ages/gender from 13 years + and will improve your fitness, flexibility and most of all your confidence.
From the start you will begin to develop a range of skills and capabilities with the opportunity to realise self-achievement.
Korean Boxercise uses the punches, strikes, blocks and kicks of ITF Taekwondo and the techniques within boxing, therefore creating a unique and varied syllabus, which incorporates elements of self-defence.
Average lessons consist of warm-up, stretching, and cardiovascular workouts, learning correct application of techniques, pad work and much more.
Everyone has different goals in life, some want to get fit, learn self protection or compete on the tournament circuit, what ever yours may be, Korean Boxercise is an ideal solution. It's all about fitness, fun, self-defence and the development of a positive attitude.
Korean Boxercise has a small class policy ranging from 10-15 members per class maximum, this is because we believe in quality not quantity, so you will be able to get the maximum benefit out of each class you attend.
